Through the efforts of our dedicated Government Affairs staff, and the strength of CREDA’s Political Action Committee (CREDA-PAC), we have successfully organized CREDA’s representation on Capitol Hill and before federal regulatory agencies, making it a powerful voice for commercial real estate. State Advocacy:
CREDA of Ohio represents the four Ohio CREDA chapters (Northern Ohio, Central Ohio, Dayton, and Cincinnati) in Columbus on Ohio tax, economic development, and environmental/other regulatory issues. A key element of the governmental affairs program, CREDA of Ohio represents the commercial retail industrial real estate industry at the State Capitol and in front of the dozens of state boards and commissions.
